  • Difficult situations at home or in the community

While some stress is normal, prolonged stress can impact overall well-being.

  • Practical, evidence-based tools for managing stress (based on WHO guidelines)
  • Short activities to apply these tools in real time
  • A guided discussion exploring the deeper root causes of stress
